    Ambassador is a highest ranking diplomat who represents in Ireland the President of the Republic of Poland and the Polish Government. 
     

    Political and Economic Section

    The Embassy's Political and Economic Section is responsible for matters concerning bilateral relations between the Republic of Poland and Ireland with the exception of non-political aspects relating to defence, the economy and cultural and consular issues. The section also analyses the Ireland's domestic and foreign policy and is responsible for preparing analytical materials on these policy issues, for the use of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and other Polish institutions. The Section promotes the bilateral economic co-operation between Ireland and the Republic of Poland, as well as on the forum of the European Union. Moreover, the Section is responsible for preparing analyses, reports and information on current macroeconomic issues.  

     

    Consular Section

    Consular Section is responsible for passport, visas, legal and citizenship matters.

    Trade and Investment Promotion Section

    Trade and Investment Promotion Section of the Embassy has been established in order to deal with the economic cooperation between Poland and Ireland. Special emphasis is put on promotion activities. Our mission is not only to help Polish and Irish companies interested in economic co-operation but also to assist Irish partners to locate their activity in our country.

    Administration and Finance Section

    The Administrative and Financial Section is responsible for dealing with the administrative tasks that are essential for the proper operation of the Embassy as a public office. It deals with personal, financial and accountancy matters and is responsible for the Embassy’s property and assets. The Section implements the Embassy’s budget, draws up financial plans as well as financial statements.
