    On Friday, October 19, we celebrated the 3rd edition of the “Outstanding Pole Abroad” (Wybitny Polak w Irlandii) Award Ceremony at the Polish Embassy in Dublin.

    The Oustanding Pole in Ireland  / Wybitny Polak w Irlandii Competition is an occasion to acknowledge individuals who through their activities and involvement promote positive image of Poland and Poles in Ireland. It is also an occasion to appreciate distinguished Polish citizens living in Ireland who are renowned and acknowledged in their country of residence but who remain unknown in Poland.  

     

    The winners of this year’s edition are:

     

    • Dominika Sikora (category: business)
    • Ewa Kotula (category: culture)
    • Bartosz Zdrojowy (category: personality)
    • Piotr Mach (category: Young Pole)
    • Anna Hurkowska (distinction)
    • Sylwia Rusek (distinction)

      

    We again congratulate all the laureates and we truly thank  the organisers: Klub Twórczego Myślenia from Limerick and its chairperson Joanna Dobosz-Chuda and  the Polish Promotional Emblem Foundation and its director Michał Lipiński.
